Our fees are based on many factors, including experience of the attorney, time expended, difficulty of the case, and results obtained. The fees may be based on an hourly charge, flat fee, and/or a contingency fee arrangement. Whenever possible, we will provide an estimate and will always be willing to execute a written fee agreement stating possible costs and expenses.
